Private & Group Yoga
I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with One Down Dog out of Los Angeles, CA. I got my certificate while I was 8 months pregnant, so I know a thing or two about prenatal yoga as well and the modifications that make for a soothing practice.
I’m passionate about various forms of yoga asana (vinyasa, yin, prenatal, postnatal—just to name a few), yoga philosophy, meditation, breath work and anatomy.
I am happy to work with you privately with one-on-one online or in-person sessions. Community group-like settings are also my jam.
Currently, I teach a weekly Slow Flow class on Zoom at 8pm EST. Email me to join!
Here’s the description:
An all-levels stretchy, slower-paced flow that will hold poses for longer and drop you into a relaxing space, guiding you into a peaceful night’s sleep. Great for beginners yogis or those looking to de-stress and prioritize self-care.
I’ve been writing since I can remember, constantly scribbling in journals and finding new ways to tell a story. My work has been published in CBS.com, The Telegram & Gazette, Pulse Magazine, DISCOVER LA, and more.
Have a burning idea and don’t know exactly where to take it? I’d love to chat with you on how we can tell your story in a way that suits you and your style.
If we’re ever hanging out (you know, post-quarantine), I can guarantee you’ll catch me snapping a photo or two—or ten. There is something very moving and romantic about photography and capturing the perfect shot to remember for years to come.
I’ve taken professional photography classes in college and abroad in Florence, Italy.
Social Media Support
Fun fact: When I’m not blogging on TGG between Henry’s naps and well past my bedtime, I’m a full-time digital/social media manager at a large health care organization. If you’re looking to get your own business up and running, and would like to chat through the creative and strategic process of social media marketing, I’m your gal. This is here my love for words and photography come into action too.
Before my current role here in Massachusetts, I was a social media producer for CBS Interactive out in Burbank, CA, working on fun shows like Survivor, Big Brother, and The GRAMMYs.
It was in that role that my love for social media grew. That paired with my editorial background gave me the skills to write, market and produce compelling stories in various industries.
Let’s have some fun and get creative — together.
If what you’re working on or dreaming up has a voice, a feeling, or a mission—I wanna hear about it. I’m constantly looking for new ways to challenge myself both creatively and professionally, and as a social butterfly, making new connections is rewarding in many ways for me.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out.
No project is too small or too rough around the edges for me to get excited about. 🤗
