My Bachelorette Party In Boston

Good morning and Happy Monday!I've been here in Massachusetts since Thursday and it's been a whole lot of fun ever since Sam and I touched ground to get started on all our wedding planning. After we applied for our wedding license and visited with some family members we hadn't seen in awhile, we went our separate ways for our Bachelor/Bachelorette parties! Though Sam knew what was in store for his Bachelor Party, I wanted to stay surprised for mine, so no one filled me in on any of the details. :) The closer the day got, the harder it was not knowing, haha!Instead of my normal #MeetMeOnTheMat post this Monday, I thought I'd share A LOT of photos from my party—thrown by my amazing matron/maid of honors, bridesmaids, and friends! It's so great to visit Boston, so once I found out that's where the night would take us, I was pumped to see what was planned. Here's how the day/night looked:For the first stop, seven of my dear friends surprised me with a wine tour/tasting at Nashoba Valley Winery in Bolton, MA.20170421_124800I had been there one time before, but years ago, so it was great to visit again. Their different wines were great and it was awesome catching up with everyone. The winery also now serves their own beer and liquor, which were also fun to sample at the bar after our tour.
After the show was over, a few of us wanted to keep the night going, so we headed over to Drink, a really cool underground bar that has no cocktail menu.20170421_23501920170422_000046Rather, you tell them what kind of drinks/flavors you typically go for, and they make you one to order. I asked for something with a maple-y, smokey flavor—and that's exactly what I got.Cheers!20170422_001834Our last bar stop of the night was at Lucky's Lounge. Their live music was the perfect cap to our night and let us break out a few dance moves.20170422_010552LA must have met up with me in MA because they had Golden Road beer that hit the spot. My friends got a kick out of it!The night ended back at our hotel room where we all chatted, laughed and had some late night snacks. The next morning, the four of us walked to The Beehive for a really amazing brunch complete with a live jazz trio.20170422_095705It was so relaxing and fun. Their menu is so interesting, love it!20170422_100539Here we are... somehow up and at it on a Saturday morning at 9. Lol!20170422_100557Then on our walk back, we made sure to stop by Blackbird Donuts to grab some for the road. Adele and John Mayer have both tweeted about these donuts so we knew they'd be worth it. ;)20170422_111058What an amazing weekend with the best ladies I know. Friends are family to me and these girls made coming home feel extra special this time. I can't thank them enough! They. Are. The. Best.<3READ: More About My Upcoming June Wedding Here
